Welcome to Cashira ("the App"), a smart calendar application owned and operated by Cashira (“the Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”). This Master Legal Agreement governs your access to and use of the App, including its monthly subscription services, personal profile features, AI-powered functionalities, and voice assistant tools. By creating an account, downloading, or using the App, you agree to this Master Legal Agreement. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the App.
You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information during account registration.
You must keep your account credentials confidential and notify us immediately of unauthorized access.
The App operates on a monthly subscription model with automatic renewal.
Subscription fees will be charged automatically at the start of each billing cycle unless cancelled prior to renewal.
All subscription payments are non-refundable, including in cases of partial use or cancellation.
We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice.
Failure to pay may result in account suspension or termination.
Some features of Cashira Smart Calendar use artificial intelligence services provided by OpenAI and Vapi.
When users interact with AI-powered features, limited information may be transmitted to these services in order to process the request and generate responses.
The following types of data may be transmitted to OpenAI:
This information is used only to generate smart calendar suggestions and responses.
For voice-based or automated event creation features powered by Vapi, the app sends a unique internal user identifier to associate generated events with the correct user account. No personal identity information such as name, email address, or contact details is transmitted for this process.
Cashira Smart Calendar does not store AI request data on its servers beyond what is necessary to provide the requested feature.
All third-party providers used by the app are required to maintain appropriate security and data protection standards.
We collect the following categories of data:
Personal Information: Name, email, payment details, preferences.
Usage Data: Device type, operating system, log files, and interactions.
AI & Voice Data: User input, transcriptions, and responses generated by AI (processed temporarily for service delivery; not stored beyond necessity).

Process payments and manage subscriptions.
Improve AI and voice assistant functionality.
Ensure security and prevent fraud.
Communicate updates and promotional offers (with opt-out).
We retain personal data only as long as necessary for service provision or legal compliance (max 12 months after account closure unless legally required otherwise).

Cashira is a product of Consultants Lengu Inc and is accessible worldwide without geographical restrictions.
Your data may be processed in countries with different data protection laws. Where applicable, we employ safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) to protect your data.
You agree not to:
Use the App for illegal purposes.
Attempt to hack, disrupt, or reverse engineer the App.
Violate intellectual property or privacy rights.
All trademarks, logos, code, algorithms, and designs are the property of the Company.
You may not copy, modify, or distribute the App’s content without written permission.
We may integrate third-party tools (e.g., payment processors, AI providers).
These services have their own terms, and we are not liable for their actions.
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
Our liability is limited to the total subscription fees paid by you in the past 3 months.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App or reliance on AI-generated recommendations.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from claims arising from your misuse of the App or violation of this Agreement.
We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion for violations of this Agreement. Fees paid are non-refundable.
Users may request permanent deletion of their account at any time through the App’s “Delete Account” option or by contacting us through the website.
Upon verification, your account and associated personal data will be deleted within 30 days, except where retention is legally required.
Once deletion is complete, your data cannot be recovered.
Certain anonymized or aggregated information may be retained.
If you reinstall or re-register after deletion, a new account will be created without access to past data.

You waive the right to participate in class actions.
We may update this Agreement at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

The AI features are not a substitute for professional advice in legal, medical, financial, or other critical areas.
By enabling AI features, you consent to the processing of your input data as described in this Agreement.
You may disable AI features at any time in your settings or withdraw consent by contacting us.
